Product description of our BD115 abrasion wear high temperature resistant
metal repair agent rebuilding compound:
It’s the high temperature metal repairing agent consist of modified high temperature resin and high temperature curing agent,
made from filling-polymerization of ceramic,metal and so on.The highest temperature resistance is 300 degree,popular type,
suitable for the repairing of various metal casting defects and parts wear,corrosion,fracture, with the higher strength and
excellent wear&corrosion resistance and aging resistant properties after repairing,,can do various mechanical processing
together with substrates.

How to use:
1.Surface treatment: Do the coarsening treatment on the pending-repair or needing-bonding area,then clean it by cleaning agent.

2.Configuration: According to the mass ratio A:B=4:1 or volume ratio A:B=4:1, make A and B two components mix uniformly,
then use it up within specified operation time limit.

3.Coating: Make the mixed-up material spread coating on the pending-repair areas layer by layer,the first layer should be compacted,make it infiltrate fully with the substrates.
If the following working procedure needs machining,should keep out appropriate machining allowance.

4.Curing: cure for 2 hours at the temperature of 25～30 degree,heat it up to the temperature of 80 degree and keep this temperature for 2 hours or cure for 24 hours
at the temperature of 25～30 degree before using,if the temperature is low,should heat it up or prolong the curing time to
promote the curing

Packaging specification:
Two-component,250g/set,8 sets/carton or 16 sets/carton.

Transportation and storage:
Sealed storage in the cool and dry place.The warranty period is 24 months.Avoid placing it upside down,
knocking against and transporting it as a non-dangerous product during transportation.
